We go through five peculiar phases and each phase is managed accurately by a baseline system in which all documents, standards and procedures are analyzed for quality assurance.

The five phases are as following:

• Exploration – In this phase, we analyze the constraints, objective and scope of the project, then after consulting with clients, we actuate feasibility and cost benefit analysis of the project. After this, our Sakshay team works to attain consent and enunciate the project mission, vision, strategy and process.
• Analysis – In this phase, we have two specific aims, one is to identify the original context and requirements. The present systems are determined on the basis of physical and logical dimensions. The second aim is to depict the functionality of new system in reference to the organization. The new system requirements are well documented and further consulted with the client to get approval for design.
• Design – During the design phase, an exclusive set for wire frames are created for the new system. Our team shares with client all performance specifications and functional interfaces. We also identify a development plan used for building and testing of the system. The production environment and the technical solution for the project are determined and defined.
• Development – The main aim of this phase is to construct, test and deploy the new system. The software constituent is coded by a methodical procedure and all codes are further adhered for testing to ensure quality assurance and fulfillment of requirement.
• Support – For achieving success, user training is conducted and the system is monitored closely in the production environment. All documentation process is completed with in the time frame and finally delivered to the client. Along with this, we also define future strategies and support contracts with in our decided level of service.
