Confidentiality Control

Being members of an ODC work in an augmented wing of client’s organization, our engineers are highly professional and are covert to the private information of the client. Each and every member of our company’s team is under a formal agreement of non-disclosure undersigned by the client. As per our policy, high importance is rendered to the confidentiality of data of client. We have also set well defined and established procedures ensuring security in our company commences. Our company pays special attention in analyzing the value system, integrity of an individual while recruitment and assigning any client’s offshore development center.

Under our non disclosure agreement, our all computer programs like listings, source code, object code, development work done by us, all program materials, notes, reports, documentation, flow charts, customer lists, outlines, formulas, processes, algorithms, ideas and other information is unknown for the public and sealed under trade secrets. Whether the data is not protected by copyright, this agreement prevents any unauthorized access of use by any member. The client owns our trade secret.

We have ample security measures to prevent any trial to access or modify client’s private data. Sakshay has been equipped by a sound state of art infrastructure assimilated by several security features like VPN’s, firewalls, anti virus systems and many more.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Our company has signed a non disclosure agreement with our client’s to maintain long term relationships with them. Before starting of any project, an agreement is being established covering all the requirements and interests of client. This agreement certifies legal protection of our client’s ideas, source codes and their information. For decreasing security concerns, additional safeguards and protection like non conflict of interest agreements have been implemented.
